Hanging with Heroes

Hanging With Heroes is back for its fourth year, and it’s more heroic than ever! We have had so much fun with you in the past, and you don’t want to miss out on this FREE event! Your family will hang with superheroes, community heroes, and even become heroes yourselves.

We area so appreciative of Kansas City Mom Collective and their title sponsor, Oakhill Day School for bringing this event to Zona Rosa!

Saturday, Sept. 20 from 9 a.m. – noon
Central Park

SUPER DETAILS:

+ Planet Anime with super heroes and photo opps
+ Community Heroes:  KCMO Fire Department, KCMO Police Department plus tour their vehicles
+ Pets for Life, Kansas City’s premier pet therapy organization, will bring furry heroes to play
+ DJ Miles playing tunes
+ Enjoy breakfast from the Bravo patio (coffee, cinnamon rolls, breakfast burrios, pizza and more)
+ Obstacle course from Smart Beginnings Early Learning Center
+ Planet Comicon superheroes and enter to win a family four-pack of tickets to Planet Comicon for next year

Become a Hero to Others. This is a FREE event, but we are asking for donations for Feed the Northland Kids. Boxes of granola, cereal or protein bars are greatly needed.
